Let’s start with the design. Ok, it has a plastic material but a center punch-hole 6.6-inch large screen. The back part has a mirror-like glossy finish and looks almost like glass and give quite a premium feeling. We are getting a standard HD+ IPS quality but then there is 90Hz refresh rate. Around this cost, you can’t expect almost anything from the camera. But the 50MP primary lens can capture competent shots. The details, color tones, all looked gracefully balanced. It’s much better than we expected. The 8 MP selfie camera tends to soften the skin but still has great background blur and color tones. Video recording is adequate with up to 1080p@30fps quality. We are getting an 18W charger for the 5000 mAh battery and the charging time is a little more than 2 hours. You can expect about one and half day backup for regular usage and a bit more than 5 hours SoT for heavy usage.
Most phones will give you a maximum of Unisoc T606 chipset but Symphony is giving a 12 nm Unisoc T616 chipset. This means a fair amount of boost in gaming and CPU performance. Then there is a massive 6 GB RAM as well. It will be a huge enjoyment to play games on this phone and you’ll barely find another device with this level of performance and never in the official market at this budget. The 128 GB fast uMCP5 storage is a killer in terms of speed and is comparable to UFS 3.1. It’s almost a brain freeze. How could Symphony come up with this idea or afford all of it in such a loving and harmonious style? Whatever it is, big respect to the Symphony brand. The only flaw that we found out is that it runs in the older Android 12 version and no Android 13 update was confirmed. An Android 13 version would have been appropriate at this point.
